Returns

We do not accept returns for items that have been purchased. Once an order has been delivered, returning the item for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or no longer needing the product is not allowed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@nestlocker.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. In such cases, you will not be required to return the item unless otherwise instructed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If an item is defective or incorrect, a refund will be issued instead.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws. However, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, as outlined above.


Refunds
