Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier and do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us by email to info@nestlocker.com with the subject line “CANCEL” within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns are not required unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
All sales are considered final, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, as outlined above.
